Tecniche di addestramento, livelli di preparazione auto percepiti e valutazione degli infermieri d’emergenza per la gestione delle maxi emergenze: una scoping review

Introduzione: la crescente frequenza e gravità delle catastrofi richiede che gli infermieri ricevano formazione e aggiornamenti continui. Questo studio ha l’obiettivo di esaminare le tecniche internazionali di formazione per la gestione delle maxi emergenze, analizzando i livelli di preparazione auto percepiti nonché le metodologie valutative per gli infermieri d’emergenza.

Materiali e Metodi: è stata condotta una scoping review tra febbraio e novembre 2024, includendo gli studi pubblicati dal 2014 al 2024 provenienti da cinque banche dati, escludendo studi relativi a setting assistenziali diversi da quello d’emergenza intraospedaliero, nonché quelli inerenti la formazione sul COVID-19 o l’ambito pediatrico/ostetrico-ginecologico.

Risultati: dopo selezione basata sui criteri di inclusione ed esclusione e valutazione qualitativa, sono stati inclusi 22 studi che hanno identificato nelle simulazioni e nei corsi specifici in didattica frontale le tecniche principali di addestramento e hanno evidenziato generali bassi livelli di preparazione e l’importanza di strumenti di valutazione standardizzati.

Discussione e Conclusioni: lo studio ha risposto al quesito di ricerca facendo emergere l’importanza di implementare programmi formativi strutturati e standardizzati, al fine di garantire una risposta infermieristica efficace a livello globale.
