Il fenomeno Aniarti ha le sue radici primordiali alla fine degli anni '60, l'inizio di un'epoca di affermazione ed estensione massiva dei diritti delle persone, con la prospettiva di un incremento generale di risorse disponibili e dopo epoche di limitazioni e compressioni sociali. Le persone e il mondo stavano cambiando in maniera profonda e molto più velo- ce rispetto a tutti i periodi precedenti.
