Introduzione: la salute organizzativa sta diventando sempre più un argomento di interesse nazionale a causa del moltiplicarsi delle norme e delle direttive che vi fanno riferimento. In particolare il Decreto Legislativo 81/2008 richiede di porre attenzione alla valutazione dei rischi psico-socia- li in azienda e ai fenomeni che possono facilitare il malessere psico-fisico del lavoratore.
