Telephone triage in distress calls is a critical and complex moment and it is essential to have a valid, applicable, effective and efficient tool for the re-listening of calls. The limited literature suggests that the assessment and re-listening of distress calls is an often neglected moment. This study aims to build and validate a new tool for analysing distress calls.
