L'impatto del COVID-19 sul Change Management: una revisione narrativa

Introduzione: nel contesto della pandemia da COVID-19, monitorare il benessere organizzativo degli operatori sanitari è prioritario. Sovraccarico emotivo, malessere psico-fisico, turni estenuanti e carenze di gestione sono state le principali sfide affrontate.

Materiali e Metodi: è stata effettuata una revisione di letteratura e sono stati selezionati articoli da database e raccolte di database (Pubmed, Cochrane Library, Cinhal, Scopus) seguendo il metodo PICOM. Sono stati analizzati 26 articoli in full-text che corrispondevano agli obiettivi di revisione.

Risultati: è stato possibile evidenziare, negli articoli scelti in seguito alla consultazione, sovraccarico psicologico, stress, ansia, depressione.

Discussione: i risultati indicano che la pandemia da COVID-19 ha avuto un impatto significativo sul benessere mentale degli operatori sanitari. Differenti sono le strategie proposte in letteratura per migliorare il benessere del personale sanitario: gestione dei carichi di lavoro, implementazione di servizi di supporto psicologico, adozione di misure di autocura.

Conclusioni: implementare strategie ed interventi mirati per mitigare gli impatti negativi sul benessere e la soddisfazione del personale sanitario. Il benessere organizzativo del personale rappresenta un aspetto chiave per garantire la qualità delle cure e salute fornite, nonché del personale stesso.
