Introduzione: il paziente critico è un soggetto esposto al rischio di malnutrizione e secondo alcuni autori, in media i pazienti ricevono tra il 63 e il 71% dell'apporto nutrizionale prescritto. L'obiettivo della seguente indagine è stato quello di identificare dei margini di miglioramento nella gestione della nutrizione enterale.
