La simulazione ad alta fedeltà: una risorsa fondamentale per la formazione infermieristica di base e avanzata

Abstract

Il 15 gennaio 2009, meno di tre minuti dopo il decollo dall’aeroporto La Guardia di New York, il volo 1549 della compagnia aerea US Airways si scontrò con uno stormo di oche canadesi. L’impatto causò lo spegnimento di entrambi i motori. I piloti misero immediatamente in atto le procedure di emergenza per riavviarli, senza successo, e 40 secondi dopo l’impatto contattarono la torre di controllo per comunicare la situazione e richiedere un atterraggio di emergenza.
