Sempre più frequentemente, anche in risposta ai Piani Sanitari Regionali, si delineano contesti di cura a “gestione e responsabilità infermieristicaâ€, ma anche il recente, e non ancora concluso, dibattito sulle competenze infermieristiche dovrebbe portare ad opportunità di sperimentazioni o consolidamento di modelli operativi nuovi. Questa sarebbe (è) una grande occasione ma il valore aggiunto che possono dare gli infermieri ci sarà solo se si esprimerà un’idea “diversa†di assistenza e cura.
