Introduzione: La teoria del Remote Damage Control Resuscitation (RDCR) si applica nel trattamento preospedaliero del paziente emorragico, e predilige l’infusione precoce di emoderivati per contrastare gli stati di acidosi e coagulopatia. L’obiettivo del presente studio è quello di analizzare come questa procedura viene impiegata nelle varie realtà estere dove è stata introdotta, rilevando i risultati che sono ottenuti in termini di outcome per il paziente, fattibilità e costi.
