Nurses of critical area between recovery and resilience: can you go beyond the numbers?

Authors

In the coming days will be two years since the beginning of the pandemic from COVID-19 in Italy. A birthday party where each of us, taking off for a moment the mask, would like to blow with all the breath on the candles with the desire, probably shared by most people, to return to normal. That normality in which we were born and raised, both in social life, in relationships and in working life. The pandemic has required everyone, willing or unwilling, to undertake changes and every context, from the world of work to school, has had repercussions that will most likely take several years to be absorbed and inserted into a new normal.
