Introduzione: la violenza nei confronti degli operatori sanitari è un fenomeno di rilevanza mondiale. Gli infermieri, in particolare quelli di Pronto Soccorso (PS), soprattutto se impegnati nell’attività di triage, sono tra i lavoratori più esposti. In Italia non sono disponibili fonti statistiche in grado di delineare un quadro dettagliato del fenomeno nello specifico contesto, ad eccezione di rari report di ricerca.
