In the past year, there has been a lively debate about the ethical issues that arose during the Sars-CoV-2 pandemic. The large number of patients to be cared for in the face of scarce healthcare resources presented healthcare professionals with difficult choices. For these reasons, a literature review was conducted with the aim of analyzing which ethical dilemmas may arise during a pandemic period and what role nurses have in dealing with them.
