Il fenomeno degli accessi non urgenti in Pronto Soccorso è un tema frequentemente affrontato dalla letteratura internazionale. Grazie ai numerosi studi sono oramai ben note le cause principali e le caratteristiche individuali che accomunano talifrequentatori, così come alcune plausibili soluzioni.
