Abstract

Introduzione: La Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC), spesso definita come contatto “pelle a pelle” tra una madre e il suo neonato, è stata efficacenelridurreilrischiodimortalitàtraineonati pretermineeconbassopesoallanascita.Obiettivodiquestostudioèconfron- tare parametri vitali comuni come frequenza cardiaca, frequenza respiratoria e saturazione di ossigeno nei neonati pretermine in incubatrice, versus la Kangaroo Mother Care (KMC).
