L’urgenza pediatrica pone diversi problemi: per aiutare il lavoro del personale all’interno del Pronto Soccorso di Rho dell’ASST Rhodense è stato creato il P.E.D.I. TOOL (Pediatric Equipment, Drug and Intubation), unendo la precisione del nastro di Broselow, metodo efficace nello stimare il peso del bambino ed aggiornato alle curve di crescita dei bambini italiani, all'efficacia delle P.E.D.I.CARD.
