Introduzione: lo stress lavoro correlato è una problematica impor- tante nel personale di terapia intensiva e può portare allo sviluppo della sindrome da burnout. Le caratteristiche dell’ambiente lavora- tivo e l’organizzazione stessa del lavoro hanno molta importanza per l’insorgenza del burnout.
