Introduzione: numerosi studi internazionali indicano che gli infermieri di Pronto Soccorso sono tra gli operatori sanitari i più esposti nel corso della loro attività lavorativa ad atti di violenza.
Scopo del presente studio è quello di inquadrare il problema e presentare l’approccio adottato presso il Pronto Soccorso dell’Ospedale di Perugia.
