The Aniarti phenomenon has its primordial roots at the end of the 1960s, the beginning of an era of massive affirmation and extension of people's rights, with the prospect of a general increase in available resources and after epochs of social restrictions and compressions. People and the world were changing profoundly and much more rapidly than in all previous periods.
