Gli infermieri di Area Critica sono sottoposti ad alto rischio di stress: sono a contatto quotidianamente con persone sofferenti ed i loro caregivers, oltre a doversi misurare con questioni organizzative. La soddisfazione lavorativa, diventa quindi un componente centrale per la prevenzione di fenomeni come il burnout. Obiettivo di questo studio è identificare i fattori organizzativi in grado di migliorare la soddisfazione lavorativa in area critica.
