Introduzione: reperire un adeguato accesso vascolare in emergenza è spesso difficile. La via endovenosa è la prima scelta; nell’impossibilità di utilizzarla, l’accesso intraosseo è una potenziale alternativa. Questo articolo esplora tale possibilità.
Materiali e metodi: revisione narrativa condotta su Pubmed, Cinahl, Cochrane Library, Embase; valutazione di qualità degli articoli con checklist CONSORT e STROBE.
