Autori

La collaborazione interprofessionale in ambito sanitario è un requisito fondamentale per garantire ai pazienti cure efficienti, ma anche per gestire in modo adeguato risorse umane ed economiche. A livello internazionale sono state condotte molteplici ricerche, le quali hanno impiegato diverse scale di misura per rilevare la collaborazione tra diversi professionisti, occupati anche in differenti ambiti sanitari. A livello nazionale, invece, gli studi empirici sul tema non hanno ancora esaurito l'analisi della collaborazione tra le varie figure professionali occupate in area critica e questo probabilmente per il numero limitato di strumenti di misurazione disponibili in lingua italiana. Tra le scale di misura validate in lingua italiana e disponibili si annovera la IPC scale che permette di rilevare contemporaneamente la collaborazione interprofessionale tra molteplici professionisti sanitari.
