Introduzione: lo Scompenso Cardiaco (SC) è una patologia a gestione complessa che determina un carico economico e sociale molto gravoso per il paziente, le famiglie ed il sistema sanitario.
Materiali e metodi: mediante una revisione condotta su database bibliografici sono stati analizzati 18 trial clinici randomizzati controllati (RCT) che descrivono gli effetti del telemonitoraggio (TM) sulle riospedalizzazioni (RI) e sui tassi di mortalità dei pazienti con SC.
