Introduzione: la professione infermieristica è afflitta da frequenti dinamiche interne che vanno da singoli atteggiamenti di inciviltà sul luogo di lavoro fino a fenomeni di mobbing orizzontale. Per quantificare in termini di intensità e frequenza questi fenomeni, e le relative ricadute sul piano professionale e personale, è stato costruito il Questionario sulle Interazioni Negative tra Infermieri (QuINI). L’obiettivo dello studio è quello di effettuare una validazione del QuINI.
